Uploaded artwork files (PDFs, images, vector logos) are stored on encrypted production storage solely for RIP processing and manufacturing.
We retain customer-supplied artwork for a maximum of three months (90 days) to facilitate repeat orders without requiring re-upload. After this window, files are automatically and securely shredded from our production servers.

- Accounting & Invoices: Retained for 6 years in compliance with UK HMRC statutory accounting rules.
- Artwork Files: Automatically purged after 90 days.
- General Inquiries & Quotes: Kept for up to 12 months before deletion if no order is placed.
