- By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use all content provided.
- We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement in customer-supplied materials.
4 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£).
- Full payment must be received before production begins.
- We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
5 Production & Turnaround
- Production begins only after payment and artwork approval.
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to technical or operational reasons.
6 Delivery
- Delivery is handled by third-party couriers.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
- Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon dispatch.
7 Refunds & Returns
- Due to the custom nature of printed products, refunds are limited.
- If an error is caused by us, we will offer a reprint or refund.
- No refunds will be issued for customer-provided artwork errors.
8 Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and design elements, remains the property of Printways Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse any content without permission.
