What is the difference between 2-part and 3-part NCR?
2-part (Duplicate) gives you an original and one copy. 3-part (Triplicate) provides an original and two copies. Triplicate is standard for logistics where one copy stays with the sender, one goes to the customer, and one is kept for accounts.
Do I need Sequential Numbering?
Yes, if you are using these as official tax invoices or delivery notes. Unique numbering helps prevent fraud, simplifies record-keeping, and makes auditing much faster for your accountant.
Can I print on both sides of the paper?
Absolutely. We often print Terms & Conditions on the back in a light grey ink. This keeps the front clean for data entry while ensuring your business is legally protected.
What sizes are available?
Our most popular size is A4 NCR Pads, but we also offer A5 (half A4) for compact receipting and A6 for small pocket-sized pads. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
