When will my order arrive?
Your expected delivery date is calculated by adding Production Turnaround + Courier Transit:
  • Standard: 3–4 working days production + next-day UK courier delivery.
  • Express: 1–2 working days production + next-day UK courier delivery.
  • Rush / Urgent: Same-day printing on selected items when ordered before 11:00 AM.
How do I track my delivery?
As soon as your package is dispatched from our print hub, we email you a direct courier tracking link (DPD or Parcelforce). On the morning of delivery, the driver sends an SMS and email notification with an accurate 1-hour delivery window.
Do you deliver in white-label packaging for trade resellers?
Yes! Every order is delivered in unbranded, plain packaging by default. We never include Printways branding, promotional flyers, or pricing paperwork inside the box. You can confidently drop-ship orders straight to your client.

Bleed guidelines, color profiles, and formats

What are the artwork setup specifications?
To ensure optimal print results:
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% scale (or 150 DPI for large format outdoor banners).
  • Color Mode: CMYK (FOGRA39 profile recommended).
  • Bleed: 3mm bleed on all sides beyond the final trim line.
  • Safe Zone: Keep critical text and logos 5mm inside the trim line.
  • Format: High-resolution PDF with embedded/outlined fonts.
What if my artwork has an issue or low resolution?
Our automated pre-flight system scans all files immediately upon upload. If low-resolution images, missing bleed, or incorrect sizing are detected, our studio team pauses production and notifies you with clear instructions to re-supply artwork.
Can you design or fix my artwork for me?
Yes! Our in-house graphic design studio provides full bespoke design and file-fixing services. You can start a design brief directly on our Professional Design Service page.

How do I get an official VAT invoice for accounting?
An official UK VAT invoice with company details and tax breakdown is generated automatically upon checkout. You can download the PDF invoice directly from your order confirmation email or via your online account dashboard.
Can we pay by BACS or bank transfer using a Purchase Order?
Yes! For schools, local councils, charities, and corporate trade accounts, simply select Bank Transfer at checkout. A pro-forma invoice will be emailed to your accounts department with our UK Sort Code, Account Number, and payment instructions.
