Are there any hidden delivery or handling charges?
No. Standard delivery is completely free for all UK mainland destinations. The price you see on the product page and checkout is the exact price you pay (plus standard VAT where applicable).
Can you deliver directly to my customer without Printways branding?
Yes! All our orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging by default. We never include invoices, pricing, or marketing leaflets inside the parcel. You can safely ship products directly to your clients under your own agency or business name.
How does order tracking work?
When your order completes manufacturing and is handed over to our courier partner (typically DPD or Parcelforce), we immediately dispatch an automated email with your direct tracking link. On the morning of delivery, the courier will provide a 1-hour time window notification via SMS/Email.
Can I request a Saturday delivery?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available as an upgrade during checkout on eligible products. Ensure your artwork is approved before the Friday midday cut-off so that printing completes in time for Friday evening courier handover.
Can I collect my order in person from your office?
Printways operates as an online-only trade printing service with centralized industrial manufacturing hubs. We do not maintain a walk-in retail counter at our administrative office. All orders are safely dispatched direct to your door via tracked express courier, saving you travel time and ensuring consistent delivery quality.
